Aiiifly Web Driver Terms of Service
Last Updated & Effective Date: June 30, 2026
Welcome to the Aiiifly Web Driver platform! This Terms of Service agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You") and Shenzhen Limaway Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Company," "We," or "Us") regarding your access to and use of our web-based audio driver control platform (Official Website: www.aiiifly.com, hereinafter referred to as "this Platform") and companion hardware-level services.
Before checking the box and clicking to register, log in, or use any services on this platform, please read carefully and fully understand all provisions of this Agreement, particularly those regarding exemptions or limitations of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution.
1. Scope of Services & Functionalities
As the online control, configuration, and interaction system for Aiiifly high-performance audio headsets, this platform provides users with technical services including, but not limited to:
- Online access, identification, dual-way connection, and real-time status synchronization of audio hardware devices;
- Hardware-level core function controls (including battery display, custom Equalizer [EQ] management, and voice modification effects);
- Refined adjustment of AI-driven smart audio noise cancellation and synchronization of local algorithmic parameters;
- Cloud-based synchronization and multi-endpoint backup of personalized audio configuration text profiles.
2. Account Registration, Login, and Security
2.1 Users may register and log in via phone number, email address, or by authorizing third-party platform credentials (such as Google Account, WeChat, etc.). Users must ensure that all information provided during registration and login is true, accurate, and complete.
2.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your platform account credentials. The Company shall not bear any liability for any data loss, profile tampering, or unauthorized access resulting from your personal negligence, exposure of credentials, or failure to properly log out.
3. Multi-Device Connectivity & Multi-Party Calls (Audio Mix) Code of Conduct & Absolute Indemnification
【Core Hardware Feature Provision】 Certain high-end headset models of Aiiifly support simultaneous multi-device connectivity and multi-party call sharing (Audio Mix). This allows a single headset to connect to a BT endpoint, a 2.4G wireless endpoint, and a USB wired endpoint at the same time, routing and sharing conversation audio across all connected endpoints in real time.
【User's Legal & Compliance Obligation】 You acknowledge and fully understand that the Audio Mix feature allows synchronization and sharing of conversation content from Party A in real time to participants on Party B and Party C endpoints. You bear the absolute statutory obligation to actively notify all participants in the call (including but not limited to friends or colleagues communicating with you on any endpoint) and obtain their explicit, informed consent before enabling or using this audio routing feature.
【Company's Absolute Disclaimer & Indemnification】 This Platform and the Company merely serve as providers of the hardware tech and physical routing links. If you enable multi-party audio sharing without fulfilling your notification obligations or without acquiring consent from all parties, thereby infringing upon any third party's privacy rights or communication secrets, all legal consequences and liabilities shall be borne entirely by you personally. The Company and this Platform shall not bear any joint, several, primary, or supplementary liabilities. You shall indemnify the Company against any economic or reputational losses arising from your breach.
4. Hardware and Software Disclaimer (Limitation of Liability)
4.1 Technical Limitations & Network Instabilities: Given the unique nature of internet services, the Company shall not be liable, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, for any configuration sync failures, audio latency, disconnections, or loss of custom EQ presets caused by Force Majeure, local BT/2.4G radio frequency interference, loose physical USB connections, browser incompatibility, system updates, or telecom network fluctuations.
4.2 Browser Compatibility: The User understands that the web driver relies on browser-level interfaces (such as Web Bluetooth and Web USB APIs), which vary across different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.) and operating systems. The Company bears no liability for functional failures stemming from outdated local operating systems or non-mainstream browsers.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights contained within this platform (including but not limited to the web driver UI layout, interactive workflows, proprietary self-developed AI noise cancellation core algorithms, EQ acoustic tuning logic, text, graphics, software, and brand trademarks) belong exclusively to Shenzhen Limaway Technology Co., Ltd. No individual may reverse-engineer, decompile, crack, or commercially exploit our software, firmware, or web driver source codes without explicit prior written authorization.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
6.1 The formation, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
6.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be settled through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party shall have the right to submit the dispute to the court of competent jurisdiction in the locality of Shenzhen Limaway Technology Co., Ltd. for litigation.
