Aiiifly Web Driver Privacy Policy
Last Updated & Effective Date: June 30, 2026
The Aiiifly Web Driver (hereinafter referred to as "this Platform" or "We") is an online audio device configuration platform developed and operated by Shenzhen Limaway Technology Co., Ltd. (Official Website: www.aiiifly.com). We respect and are fully committed to protecting your personal information and privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use this web driver and companion high-performance audio headsets, as well as your data protection rights.
1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
We strictly adhere to the principles of "lawfulness, fairness, necessity" and "data minimization." We process your personal information only for the following specific functionalities:
1.1 Account Registration and Login Services
When logging into the web driver, you can register and log in via phone number, email address, or third-party OAuth integrations (such as Google Account, WeChat). We collect your unique account identifier (UID), nickname, and avatar to sync and distinguish your personalized headset parameters in the cloud.
1.2 Device Connection, Identification, and Core Management
To correctly identify your connected Aiiifly headset, display real-time battery levels, active connection modes (2.4G, BT, or USB cable), and firmware versions on the UI, we process your headset hardware model, unique device identifier (such as BT MAC address), connection state, and basic battery metrics. This info is purely used for control loop interactions.
1.3 Audio Algorithms Effects Adjustment and Cloud Syncing
When you utilize features such as AI smart noise cancellation adjustment, voice transformation effects, and custom equalizer (EQ) tuning on the web interface, we record your audio configuration parameter profiles. These text profiles are synced to your cloud account as a backup, enabling automatic preset restoration when you switch computers.
1.4 Special Privacy Protection Clause for Multi-Device Connectivity & Multi-Party Audio Mix/Sharing
Certain high-end headset hardware models of Aiiifly support simultaneous multi-device connectivity and multi-party call content sharing (i.e., a single headset can connect to BT, 2.4G, and USB endpoints at the same time, allowing conversation audio from any endpoint to be routed and shared with the remaining endpoints).
- Audio Streams Localized Processing Commitment: To achieve simultaneous real-time audio mixing, channel switching, and cross-endpoint voice interaction, this platform's web driver only issues corresponding hardware configuration commands. All raw audio stream signals and voice conversation contents are processed and routed entirely in real time within your local headset hardware chipsets and physical pathways. Our cloud servers DO NOT record, intercept, store, or monitor any of your conversation audio content under any circumstances.
- User Compliance Statement: You acknowledge and agree that because the hardware audio sharing feature can synchronize speech content across connected endpoints, you bear the obligation to actively inform all participants in the call and obtain their explicit informed consent before enabling and using this function.
2. Data Storage, Security safeguards, and Cross-Border Compliance
2.1 Retention Period & Zero-Cloud Footprint:
We only retain your personal account data and configuration text profiles for the minimum period necessary. Because the call audio stream is fully handled on the local hardware level, no voice data remains or is stored on our cloud servers.
2.2 International Users and Global Regulations:
Aiiifly serves users globally. Our processing of personal data aligns with applicable laws of the jurisdictions where we operate, including but not limited to China's Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) and the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
3. Your Data Protection Rights
You can exercise your rights at any time through the web driver settings panel: access and correct your cloud-stored audio presets and account profile, request account deletion (upon which we will immediately delete or anonymize your personal data), and withdraw your specific authorization by turning off feature toggles in the driver.
4. Contact Us
If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions regarding this policy or multi-party call privacy processing, please contact us via the channels listed on our official website www.aiiifly.com or email our legal compliance team.
