1.3 Audio Algorithms, Audio Effects Adjustment, and Cloud Sync

When you utilize high-end features such as AI smart noise cancellation adjustment, voice modification effects, and custom equalizer (EQ) tuning on the web interface, we record your audio configuration parameters and set control commands. To enable seamless switching across multiple endpoints (e.g., when opening the web driver on a different computer), we synchronize these text-based configuration parameters to your cloud account for backup.

1.4 Special Privacy Protection Clause for Multi-Device Connectivity & Multi-Party Audio Mix/Sharing (重点)

Certain high-end headset hardware models of Aiiifly support simultaneous multi-device connectivity and multi-party call content sharing (i.e., a single headset can connect to BT, 2.4G, and USB endpoints at the same time, allowing conversation audio from any endpoint to be routed and shared with the remaining endpoints).

  • Audio Stream Processing Clarification: To achieve simultaneous real-time audio mixing, channel switching, and cross-endpoint voice interaction, this platform's web driver only issues corresponding hardware control configuration commands. All raw audio stream signals and voice conversation contents are processed and routed entirely in real time within your local headset hardware chipsets and physical pathways. Our cloud servers DO NOT record, intercept, store, or monitor any of your conversation audio content under any circumstances.
  • User Compliance and Indemnification Obligation: You acknowledge and agree that because the hardware audio sharing feature can synchronize the speech content from Party A in real time to participants on Party B and Party C endpoints, you bear the statutory obligation to actively inform all participants in the call and obtain their explicit informed consent before enabling and using this function. If you fail to fulfill this notification obligation and cause infringement of any third party's privacy rights, communication secrets, or trigger any tort disputes, such legal liability shall be fully borne by you personally. Shenzhen Limaway Technology Co., Ltd. and this platform shall not bear any joint or several liabilities.

2. Data Storage and Security Safeguards

  1. Retention Period: We only retain your personal account data and device configuration text profiles for the minimum period necessary to provide services to you.
  2. Localization of Sensitive Processing: As mentioned above, your call audio streams and highly sensitive privacy data are immediately processed and cleared on the local hardware level, generating no cloud data footprints.
  3. Security Measures: We employ industry-standard transport layer encryption (TLS/HTTPS), data anonymization techniques, and strict access control mechanisms to protect your cloud-stored account credentials and configuration parameters against unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss.

3. Your Rights

In accordance with applicable data protection laws, you enjoy full control over your personal information. You can exercise the following rights at any time through the web driver settings panel:
